AMR 2021 - Relaxation

The lecture is intended for advanced students and PhD students with a basic knowledge of NMR (topics covered in the lecture PC IV, Magnetic Resonance, are assumed to be known). The aim is to cover the basic topics of NMR relaxation theory and their application in liquid- and solid-state NMR such that the modern literature about relaxation can be understood.
